Is Design Thinking Dead?

No, but it's evolving

I wish I had known the difference between fine art & design when I was a student. Design Thinking as a framework can be constructive in guiding students through problem-solving while also helping them learn to be flexible and open to change. Design Thinking is an effective method for group projects and collaborations. It is a relevant and accessible way to simplify complex problems and prepare young people for the workforce.

I do love teaching fine art, and I also believe that In particular because of my career as a creative professional before becoming a teacher. Design thinking will always be a useful pedagogical tool.
